RULES and information
Do not put decorations on plaster walls as even Command strips pull off paint/plaster. You can tape decorations to the wood wall by French doors.
If tape is used, be sure to remove all tape/residue
Do not use tape on floors
Be sure to LIFT tables when moving them to avoid scratching floors
Do not stand on tables or chairs
Do not put large quantities of ice in sink as it causes pipes to freeze/leak
Clean up after your rental. Broom, trash bags and cleaners are in kitchen closet.
Trash is to be removed after your event and can be put in dumpster on Main Street behind Parker Electric.
Do not go into areas of Theater/Backstage that you have not rented.
No smoking.
The last 4 digits of your phone number provided on your application will be your code to unlock the electronic lock on the front door.
Upon leaving, lock west door from inside and then lock electronic lock by entering your code or by pressing the logo.
There is a refrigerator and microwave available in the kitchen. The stove is not hooked to the Ansul system and therefore not operational.
