NON-SMOKING FACILITY

The deposit is required to reserve your events date and is in addition to your rental fee. The security deposit will be fully refunded within one week provided; no damage to cafe or equipment, no missing equipment or inventory, event date not canceled within 3 weeks of date, and extra rental fee is due from event going over alloted time. Renter does their own clean-up. If staff has to clean-up deposit will be forfeited.
