State Theater Pricing

Basic Facility Rental

* $140.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours

Rental in conjunction with Backstage

​* $205/hr (same time frame as theater rental)

​

*This includes access to the stage, house floor, box office, and lobby. DOES NOT include balcony, 3rd floor, or Backstage, but these can be rented at an additional cost.

School Field  Trip Rental 

*$200 per movie

*School provides movie. We are unable to show any blu-ray dvds at this time.

Seating

*Floor seats 300

*Balcony seats 100

​

Non-Profit Rental

​

*$140.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours

*To qualify for the non-profit discounted rate you must provide IRS 501(c)(3) documentation.

Deposit

​

*$250 for a single day rental

*$350 for a single day rental with alcohol

​

The deposit is required to reserve your event date and is in addition to your rental fee.The security deposit will be fully refunded within one week provided; no damage to theater or equipment, no missing equipment or inventory, event date not canceled within 3 weeks of date, extra rental fee is due from event going over alloted time, and all audio and sound equipment is restored to their ORIGINAL SETTINGS.

Concerts/bands

​

Concerts/bands have a $150.00 set up/breakdown/sound check fee. This is in addition to the price per hour. We do not provide any cables, microphones, microphone stands, or monitors. Please make sure your band brings what they will need to set up and play.
