*3rd floor penthouse $150.00 - flat fee/day

*Display case on front of theater $10 each / day

*Marquee one side  $97

​

*Marquee both sides  $194

*Dressing rooms $50.00

*Upright piano $60.00

​

*Extra staffing $25.00/hr (may apply if management deems neccessary)

*Concerts/bands $150.00 set up/breakdown/sound check fee. This is in addition to the price per hour.
